Terms Of Services

These terms apply when you use ylhcsd.com or buy from the YOU LOVE HER store ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include any discounts shown at checkout. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is priced incorrectly; if we do, you'll get a full refund.

2. Made to order

Merch is printed on demand, just for you, once you place your order, so there's zero waste. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

3. Sizing, returns and refunds

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds for the wrong size, change of mind, or ordering by mistake. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace or refund it. 4. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. Import duties and taxes charged by your country are your responsibility. See our Shipping Policy.

5. CDs and vinyl

CDs and vinyl are sold and shipped by our partner Elastic Stage, and their terms apply to those orders.

6. Music services and digital products

Mixing and mastering services have their own terms, shown on each service's product page. Digital downloads, such as Logic Pro templates, are for your personal use, can't be resold or shared, and are final once delivered.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, music, logos and content on this site belong to YOU LOVE HER or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without written permission.

8. Liability

We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections given to you by the laws of your country.
